Kerstbier style beer, brewed with a massive addition of caramel. The dark color with ruby reflections, with foam cappuccino color-like, dense and very persistent.
At first it is complex, with notes of malt, caramel, fruit in spirits and raisins. In the mouth it is enveloping with notes of fruit under spirit and mou, with a soft and “warming” sensation that ends with a dry finish and a delicate and elegant saline note.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, sugar, salty caramel (4.4%) (lactose), hops, yeast.
