Kellerbier is produced in accordance with German standards and raw materials.
The most important work was done first on the choice of yeast and then on its processing.

The choice fell on the yeast of a well-known Franconian brewery, which was isolated and then propagated creating a distinctive bouquet and very clean. The mix of malts used gives, then, a scent of bread and cereal.
The beer is orange with white foam. The aroma is delicate, with hints of bakery that alternate with a slight herbaceous. In the mouth it is crisp with a bitter cereal and bread crust. At the end of the race comes the bitter moment that slims the drink and suddenly moves the notch of the glass from cl to ml.
Beer that wants to best express the concept of freedom, the main focus of the BLIND project.
